We're seeking an experienced Sales/Account Manager to lead our sales function and drive growth for our Australian clients. Job Summary
We're looking for a skilled Sales/Account Manager to oversee our existing Australian client base, primarily in the solar industry and consulting spaces. You'll lead and manage a team of talented Appointment Setters based in the Philippines as well as our Australian-based Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to ensure we continue to achieve exceptional results for our clients. In addition, you will identify and close new business opportunities using your expertise in social media (especially LinkedIn) and direct outreach to help us expand our client base and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service to our existing Australian clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates
* Lead and manage a talented team of Appointment Setters and BDR's both in Australia & the Philippines, providing guidance and coaching to ensure they meet their targets
* In consultation with the CEO, develop and implement highly effective sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
* Identify new business opportunities using social media and direct outreach methods
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of sales solutions
* Utilise Salesforce CRM or similar tools to manage sales processes and analyse performance
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in sales management or account management, preferably in the solar industry and B2B sales
* Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing high-performing teams
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to work independently and make decisions that drive results
* Experience with Salesforce CRM or similar tools
* Familiarity with sales enablement tools and technologies
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
* Experience in recruitment and talent development is highly desirable
* Familiarity with social media and direct outreach methods
Nice to Have
* Direct Sales Experience in the solar industry
* Experience with sophisticated sales enablement tools and technologies
What We Offer
* Competitive base salary of $120,000
* Attractive uncapped commission structure: On-Target Earnings (OTE) first year $184,000, second year $220,000
