We are expanding our team and seeking motivated, reliable, and professional individuals to join us as Dental Receptionists and Dental Assistants.
We offer casual, permanent part-time, and full-time positions, with rates negotiable based on experience.
About the Roles
Dental Receptionist Roles
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will:
* Deliver warm, welcoming, and professional customer service
* Manage appointment bookings and patient enquiries
* Process payments and coordinate treatment plans
* Maintain accurate patient records and support daily operations
* Use Microsoft programs and the Praktika booking system
What we’re looking for:
Outstanding communication, strong organisational skills, computer literacy, and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
Dental Assistant Roles
As a key member of our clinical team, you will:
* Assist dentists chairside and provide high-quality patient care
* Prepare treatment rooms and sterilise instruments
* Support clinical workflows and ensure smooth daily operations
* Maintain infection control standards
* Assist with cosmetic and orthodontic treatments (experience desirable)
What we’re looking for:
A positive mindset, strong teamwork, attention to detail, and ideally dental assisting experience (or a willingness to learn).
Own transport and permanent working rights in Australia are required.
