We are recruiting on their behalf for a qualified Field Service Technician to join their expanding QLD and SA service team due to sustained growth.
This is a permanent, full-time position offering long-term stability and career development. The role includes a fully maintained company vehicle, a work phone, a uniform, and specialist factory training on their complete product range.

This role is field-based, servicing key clients across the greater Brisbane, South-East Queensland and Greater Adelaide region. You will start and finish your day from home, managing your own schedule in coordination with the service department. This is not a workshop-based role; it offers autonomy, variety, and the chance to be on the road building relationships with customers—all while enjoying the vibrant lifestyle of South-East Queensland.

Mandatory Candidate Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must possess:
* A current Australian Electrical Licence (A-Grade / Unrestricted or Restricted Electrical Licence - ESL).
* A valid and current Australian Driver's Licence.
* Full, unrestricted working rights in Australia.
* A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
Key Responsibilities
* Travel to client sites (restaurants, hotels, supermarkets, hospitals) to perform service, repair, and preventative maintenance.
* Conduct diagnostics and fault-finding on a range of commercial kitchen equipment (electrical and mechanical).
* Install and commission new equipment, ensuring it operates to specification.
* Provide exceptional customer service and basic training to clients on equipment use.
* Manage your service vehicle, inventory of spare parts, and all job reporting in a timely manner.
Technical Requirements
* Proven experience in a field service role, ideally servicing commercial kitchen equipment.
* (Alternatively) Experience with 'white goods', commercial laundry, or other relevant complex electrical appliances will be highly regarded.
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Professional demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
* Highly Advantageous (Not Essential): A 'Type B' Gas Fitter authorisation.
