About the Role
We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Administration Officer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and customer service skills and will play a key role in the daily running of the office.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team and management.
* Act as the main point of contact for daily visitors/customers and telephone calls.
* Prepare accurate documents, reports and records for customers and online government portals.
* Maintain inventory control of office supplies and staff amenities.
Skills and Experience Required
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks.
* Intermediate/Advanced level computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn new systems.
* High attention to detail and accuracy when producing reports.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Previous experience in an administration role (minimum of 3 years).
* Knowledge of industry‑specific software or CRM systems.
