About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and professional New Homes Sales Consultant to join our clients team!
Specialising in custom builds, our client prides themselves on delivering a personalised service, from start to finish.
This isn’t just a sales role – it’s your chance to be the trusted guide for families and individuals as they take the biggest step of their lives, building their dream home.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to new client enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Conduct client consultations to understand needs, budgets, and preferences.
- Present home designs, pricing, and tailored proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activity, and client communication.
- Liaise with internal teams (design, estimating, construction) to ensure accuracy of proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide a high level of customer service throughout the pre-contract journey.
- Represent our client at display homes, promotional events, and client meetings.
Skills & Qualifications
- Previous sales experience in the building, construction, or property industry preferred.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- High level of professionalism, presentation, and attention to detail.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Previous experience in colour consulting - desirable but not essential
- Current driver's licence required.
