Sapphire Mitre 10 Pambulais looking for an outgoing and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Casual Retail Sales Assistant.
This role is ideal for someone enthusiastic, motivated, and detail-oriented, with a passion for continuous improvement. You'll work closely with both team members and customers, building strong, long-term relationships while delivering exceptional service.
This is a casual position operating across a 7-day rotating roster, with the potential to transition into a permanent part-time role in the future.
What You'll Be Doing
Welcoming and assisting customers at the front counter
Processing sales through our POS system
Responding to phone enquiries and supporting click-and-collect orders
Maintaining a neat, organised, and well-stocked front-of-store area
Collaborating with a close-knit team to deliver outstanding customer service
What You'll Bring
Strong computer skills and excellent attention to detail
Clear and confident communication skills (written and verbal)
A positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment
A forklift licence (highly desirable)
Experience in the hardware industry (well regarded)
