Regional Recruitment Manager
Seeking a dynamic professional to lead international student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa, driving strategic plans and achieving enrolment targets.
* Oversight of key relationships with registered agents, schools, and partners within the region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and develop opportunities for market development and expansion of international student recruitment in designated regions.
2. Collaborate with International Recruitment Consultants to develop effective conversion strategies for the region.
3. Promote all courses, campuses, articulation agreements, and evaluate all recruitment activities in designated regions, providing accurate information.
4. Ensure coordination across University, Faculty, Regional, and Recruitment plans through ongoing consultation.
5. Manage, monitor, and report on the service delivery of Curtin's international agents in their region, adhering to relevant contracts and established KPIs.
6. Establish and nurture networks with Curtin staff, government representatives, industry associates, feeder and pathway institutions for effective recruitment in designated regions.
Requirements:
* Postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate study, combined with extensive relevant experience, OR an equivalent combination of relevant experience, education, and training.
* A strong understanding of the international student recruitment sector, including legislative requirements, industry structures, market dynamics, and current trends.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to consult, negotiate, and build meaningful relationships with stakeholders from a wide range of cultural backgrounds.
* Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to lead teams, work independently, and take initiative to drive projects to completion.
* High level organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlines.
* Conversational fluency in one or more languages other than English (desired).
* Experience in student recruitment across the Middle East and Africa regions (desired).
