The Opportunity: We're working with one of Australia's top financial institutions to find multiple experienced Java and/or Go Lang Engineers to join a high-performing team supporting a large-scale Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) platform.
This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of digital identity services that support millions of users.
The Role: Design, develop, and maintain CIAM services using Java and/or Go Lang.
Deploy and manage containerized applications in Kubernetes environments.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows.
Integrate identity solutions with cloud-native platforms like AWS and GCP.
Ensure secure authentication and access using protocols such as OIDC, OAuth2, and SAML.
Troubleshoot production issues and drive improvements in system performance and resilience.
Collaborate on architectural decisions with a focus on security, scalability, and compliance.
About You: Strong hands-on experience in Java and/or Go Lang development.
Proficient with Kubernetes, container orchestration, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
Sound understanding of IAM principles and secure authentication protocols.
Skilled in modern Dev Ops practices: CI/CD, monitoring, automation.
Excellent communicator, proactive problem-solver, and team collaborator.
Prior experience in enterprise or financial services environments is a plus.
