Clinical Pharmacists play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care within our unit-based clinical pharmacy team.
We invite motivated and enthusiastic pharmacists to apply for Grade 1 or Grade 2 positions based on experience, capability, and career stage. This role offers opportunities to undertake credentialing for Partnered Pharmacist Medication Charting (PPMC) and other advanced scope of practice programs. Rotations may occur across operational services including dispensing, compounding, placements within critical care areas such as BRICC.
