We are currently seeking an energetic and experienced Night Manager to ensure the smooth and productive running of the Hotel's overnight operation, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and the safety and security of the property.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the hotel in the absence of senior leadership, maintaining a high standard of guest service and ensuring smooth overnight operations.
* Effectively manage the daily reconciliation of the Hotel's trading, checking and preparing reports and statistical information in accordance with service standards and auditing procedures during the night shift.
* Provide exceptional guest service, handling enquiries, check‐ins/outs, and guest concerns.
* Coach, mentor and inspire the Night Team to excel in their roles.
* Ensure compliance with hotel Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and support the implementation, training, and continuous improvement of SOPs across night operations.
* Oversee all hotel operations during the night shift (approx. 10:00pm – 6:00am).
* Ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and the property.
* Respond to emergencies and manage incidents in a calm and qualified manner.
* Assist with Valet Parking as required.
* Liaise with other departments to ensure seamless operations and prepare for the following day.
