As a pivotal member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the development of Farm Management Support.
1. Proactively identify and engage key stakeholders, including farmers, industry partners, and local organisations.
2. Establish communication strategies to foster positive relationships and address potential challenges effectively.
You will also be responsible for empowering and mentoring Lely Centre FMS, promoting their growth through targeted training programmes and ongoing coaching sessions to enhance their advisory capabilities.
This dynamic role requires a blend of direct farmer-facing support and remote advisory services, with travel within the region and internationally when required, to deliver expertise and assistance where needed.
