Senior Property Operations Manager
This role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, who can effectively manage all facets of the property including revenue management, recruiting & training, customer service and achievement of financial targets.
* Lead and develop your team to ensure the hotel's profitability and success
* Drive changes and improvements in performance and implement strategies in line with business objectives
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, guests and regional shared services
* Maintain excellent product and service standards whilst maximising revenue and balancing expenses
* Focus on recruiting and developing a team that is engaged in driving a positive customer sentiment
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Prior Operational, Hotel or General Manager experience and a deep understanding across a range of departments and stakeholder management
* Ability to create environments where team members are encouraged and motivated to be their true self each day
* Confidence in cultivating strong relationships, addressing challenging situations, and implementing solutions that enhance service quality
* Experience and capability to drive financial growth through skilful strategy
* Comprehension of the key metrics that impact and grow hospitality businesses
