**The Company**
Our clients are expanding!
Due to recent growth and development of their business. They are looking for a highly driven Leasing Consultant to join their Leasing and Property Management Team.
**About the Role**
In this role, you will be joining a team of real estate professionals who will be able to offer support and training to help progress your career.
You will be responsible for organising and conducting leasing inspections with prospective tenants, maintaining their tenancy database, and proactively promoting their properties that are for lease.
**Duties including**:
- Conducting open home viewings
- Liaising with prospective tenants & assisting with their property search
- Conducting Ingoing inspections
- Liaising with landlords regarding prospective tenants
- Supporting the Property Management team where required
**Skills and experience**
- Hold a current Certificate of Registration
- Have a valid driver's license and reliable car
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a leasing or Property Management Role
- Must bring an enthusiastic, sales driven attitude to the table
- Be well presented and have superb communication and customer service skills and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Excellent computer and Microsoft Office skills and a strong handle on technology
- Strong attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
- Impeccable time management and ability to prioritise effectively
