This is a hands‐on design role for a skilled creative who cares deeply about craft, consistency and pace. As Midweight Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in shaping how Built shows up across brand, content and campaigns - delivering polished, on‐brand design across a wide range of formats.
The Opportunity
As Midweight Graphic Designer, you will be a core contributor within Built's in‐house design team. Working closely with the Senior Designer and Design Manager, you will take briefs from concept through to finished artwork, supporting a high volume of diverse design needs across the business.
In this role, you will:
* Design and deliver high‐quality branded assets across presentations, reports, posters, invitations, signage, merchandise and digital formats
* Collaborate with the Senior Designer on creative concepts and execution
* Work closely with the Content team to produce social media graphics and campaign assets
* Manage multiple concurrent briefs within agreed schedules and priorities
* Apply Built's brand guidelines accurately and consistently across all output
* Prepare print‐ready and digital files to the correct technical specifications
* Maintain organised, version‐controlled design files and asset libraries
* Contribute ideas and creative input during concept development and team reviews
What we are looking for
You are a confident, detail‐oriented designer who enjoys working across both print and digital formats. You balance creativity with practicality, and you take pride in delivering work that is both visually strong and fit for purpose.
* Experience as a graphic designer in a studio, agency or in‐house environment
* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
* Experience designing high‐quality presentations in PowerPoint
* Ability to create and maintain templates in Canva
* Solid understanding of brand systems and visual identity
* Experience preparing artwork for print and large‐format production
* Familiarity with social media design requirements and specifications
* A strong portfolio demonstrating range, craft and attention to detail
