The Role
As Accounts Manager, you will play a key role in managing a diverse client portfolio, reviewing work prepared by junior team members, and supporting the Partners/Directors with strategic input. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of hands-on accounting, team leadership, and client interaction.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a portfolio of clients across various industries
* Reviewing and finalising accounts, tax returns, and management reports
* Leading, mentoring, and supporting junior team members
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Assisting with business development and process improvements
What We re Looking For
* ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
* Previous experience in a UK accountancy practice
* Strong technical knowledge of UK accounting and tax regulations
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* A proactive, problem-solving attitude and a team player
