About the Position
We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate professional to join our team as a Heavy Duty Mechanic in Albury. This role is pivotal in upholding the highest standards of safety and service excellence while providing servicing and maintenance for premium touring and fleet vehicles.
The successful candidate will take pride in their commitment to safety and service excellence, with extensive knowledge and experience in service and maintenance requirements.
* Regular servicing of the fleet will be conducted, ensuring all vehicles are well-maintained.
* Maintenance on both heavy and light vehicles will be performed to guarantee optimal performance.
* Thorough mechanical diagnostics will be carried out to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Exceptional on-field service will be provided, maintaining clear communication with Tour Drivers during breakdown situations via phone support, as well as undertaking on-road call-outs when required.
* Stock takes and ordering necessary parts will be ensured to facilitate timely repairs.
* Safe and efficient operations within the workshop environment will be maintained.
* Fleet records will be accurately entered and maintained in our database.
* Travel at short notice may be required for service purposes.
This position requires an individual who is proactive, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality results.
