About the Role
The Head of Quality is responsible for ensuring the quality and safety of food products across multiple production sites.
Duties:
* Developing and Implementing Quality Management Systems to maintain product excellence.
* Monitoring Production Processes to prevent errors.
* Ensuring Compliance with Food Safety Regulations to protect consumers.
* Managing Quality Teams to drive efficiency.
* Reviewing Internal and External Audits to identify areas for improvement.
* Overseeing Complaints and Non-Conformances to resolve issues promptly.
* Driving Continuous Improvement through data analysis and employee engagement.
* Reporting and Communication to stakeholders.
* Managing Relationships with internal and external partners.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in quality management within the food industry.
* Strong leadership and team management skills.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
