What You'll Do
* Lead $1M+ software delivery programs from kick-off to go-live
* Align cross-functional teams to scope, schedule, and quality milestones
* Own client relationships, manage expectations, and resolve roadblocks early
* Build and track detailed delivery roadmaps—ensuring full transparency
* Influence internal capacity, resourcing, and skill alignment
* Ensure all deliverables meet enterprise compliance and quality standards
* Be able to travel and be onsite ~50% during key delivery phases (commissioning, go-live, etc.)
What You Bring
* 7+ years in program/project delivery—ideally in WMS, Robotics or supply chain software
* Experience managing enterprise clients and multi-stream software programs
* Strong grasp of Agile, PRINCE2, or SCRUM (certified? Even better)
* Exceptional communicator, organiser, and strategic problem-solver.
