The successful applicant will possess advanced clinical knowledge and experience in delivering evidence-based nursing care within a relevant practice setting. They will also have strong planning, coordination, and decision-making skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate the delivery of competent nursing care for patients using leadership and advanced nursing skills and knowledge relevant to the practice setting.
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families.
