We are seeking an experienced HSSE Advisor to join our Project HSSE team, delivering the Darwin Ship Lift Facility. The successful candidate will work on a FIFO night shift roster of 15 days on, 9 days off, flying from all major domestic airports.

About You
You possess courageous, innovative, passionate, creative qualities.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Covering nightshift safety operations with diligence and precision
2. Ensuring compliance with company and project requirements regarding HSSE procedures and manuals in consultation with the HSSE Manager
3. Safeguarding HSSE onboarding and inductions for all personnel as required
4. Maintaining safety equipment / PPE in accordance with project or company requirements
5. Preparing agendas for regular safety meetings and toolbox talks as necessary
Your Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3+ years' experience in Occupational Health and Safety
2. At least 1 year's experience in construction or EPC projects
