In addition, you will have the following:
Minimum Certificate 3 in Business (or similar) or equivalent skills, knowledge, and experience.
Proven 2+ years' experience in full Accounts Receivable and Payable function.
Proven 2+ years' experience in Office Administration and Customer Service
Proven 2+ years' in Collections and Reconciliations.
About the Role
Managing all Accounts Receivable tasks including email account.
Managing all Accounts Payable tasks including email account.
Accurate and timely processing of sales and supplier invoices in Xero.
Accurately process other business payments such as expense reimbursements, credit cards transactions and subcontractor payments.
Collections.
Reconciliations.
Set up and maintain customers and suppliers in Xero, and associated registers.
Weekly AR and AP aging / analysis reporting.
Month End closing tasks.
Client and Supplier Liaison.
Manage Clients' Online Portals.
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documentation as required.
General administrative duties including electronic filing.
Administration and Accounts Ad-hoc duties to assist fellow team members.
About You
Boasting 2+ years of full accounts and administration experience.
Experience with Xero and add on software
Proficiency in Office - Outlook, Excel and Word
Effective written and oral communication skills
Excellent Attention to Detail
Reliable and Punctual
Highly Organized and ability to manage deadlines in a high-paced, high-volume setting with accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team enthusiastically with a pleasant adaptable can-do attitude
Superior Customer Service Skills
