* Cross-agency stakeholder engagement & facilitation
* Process analysis & redesign
* Testing support
* Capture critical knowledge of business requirements and documentation

What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you will bring the following:
* Strong experience in a security-sensitive ICT environment, public sector experience is highly desirable.
* Ability to thrive in a high-change environment, communicating clearly and proactively with technical and non-technical stakeholders across agencies to translate complex business needs into actionable solutions.
* Excellent analytical, conceptual, and innovative problem-solving, and organizational skills to manage and prioritize large workloads whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy.
* Experience in Agile way of working and appropriate requirement management tools.
* Familiarity with SAP, ServiceNow, or other enterprise systems.
