Transport Survey Opportunity
Our organization is seeking enthusiastic and reliable students to participate in a real-world government research project focusing on transport infrastructure.
About the Research Project
* The purpose of this project is to evaluate the impact of a new pedestrian and cyclist bridge in East Perth, Boorloo Bridge.
As part of the project, community insights and user feedback will be gathered through first-hand surveys to inform future active transport infrastructure across Western Australia.
Job Role
* Engage pedestrians and cyclists on Boorloo Bridge to complete short iPad-based surveys.
* Answer questions and provide information to participants.
* Track responses and contribute to meaningful research findings.
Requirements
* Currently enrolled university student (with preference for UWA, Curtin, ECU, Murdoch or Notre Dame).
* Confident communicator with strong people skills.
* Reliable, enthusiastic individual with excellent attention to detail.
* Available to work during varied shifts throughout September 2025.
* Previous survey experience is beneficial but not essential.
Work Environment
The role involves working outdoors in public spaces and occasional travel to East Perth during shift times.
