Role Responsibilities
Oversee and optimise the day-to-day operations of the firm across all offices
* Manage and support admin, legal support and finance functions (including external vendors)
* Support the Directors in implementing strategic and operational initiatives
* Maintain compliance, risk management and HR records across the firm
* Drive reporting and workflow consistency using Smokeball, Xero and supporting platforms
* Lead onboarding, induction, and support internal systems training across roles
* Work closely with our leadership team to improve internal processes and performance metrics
* Maintain a calm, solutions-focused culture grounded in trust and professionalism
Skills and attributes
* 3+ years in Family Law Practice Management or +5 years PQE Family Law experience looking for a change
* Experience managing teams, systems, and competing priorities
* Confident with cloud-based practice management tools (Smokeball, Xero, etc.)
* Strong administrative, organisational and communication skills
* Proactive, emotionally intelligent leadership style
* Ability to drive compliance, reporting, and operational consistency across locations
