Job Description Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising roles and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases accurately and promptly.
Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire documentation and organising inductions.
Assist with talent acquisition strategies and initiatives to attract top candidates.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team as required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Respond to HR-related queries from employees and external stakeholders.
Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.
The Successful Applicant A successful HR/TA Administrator should have: Previous experience in Human Resources or talent acquisition, particularly in a Not For Profit environment.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive and solutions-oriented approach to challenges.
An understanding of compliance and employment legislation.
Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
