The Role
This exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Store Manager to lead the team at our Flinders Park location. As a Store Manager, you will play a key role in leading a team of optical dispensers and working collaboratively with our optometrists to deliver an exceptional service to our members while overseeing the store's daily operations.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* Previous experience in retail management, preferably in an optical setting
* Knowledge of optical products and services
* Experience shaping a successful workforce with a focus on continuous improvement and customer service development
* Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
