Role Details
- Salary Package: Up to 120K base dependent on experience + super
- Roster: Open to full-time or a part-time 3-4 day roster with a definitive Saturday shift
- Store Information: Warwick is a 3-test room store that works on 20-25-minute rolling appointments. There is a mix of graduate Optometrists and experienced practitioners.
- Team Information: A supportive, team-focused culture built during a recent store relocation and expansion. The store values collaboration between retail and optometry, encourages personal development (including Pathway opportunities), and supports Optometrists to lead projects that drive growth and KPIs.
- Patient Demographic: Work with a diverse patient demographic, including a strong base of 30-45-year-olds, alongside a high volume of older patients.
