Payroll & HR Officer TD/
* Temp-to-perm, full-time, Cairns (with travel to Community as required)
* End-to-end weekly payroll for 100+ employees
* Maintain and audit employee records, ensure compliance with awards and legislation
* Manage payroll changes, timesheets, super, PAYG, and statutory obligations
* Support HR functions including inductions, probation, contracts, and basic IR advice
* Collaborate with Finance and HR on reconciliations and compliance
* Respectful engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities $80,000–$90,000 + generous leave and benefits
HR Administrator TD/
* Temporary, full-time, Darwin (Lake Street)
* Start approx. 12th January, 6–8 weeks
* Support Talent Manager with recruitment, onboarding, and general HR administration
* Draft job briefs, screen applicants, coordinate interviews and meetings
* Assist with vetting, onboarding, and day-to-day HR tasks
* Strong organisational skills, professional, self-starter, and confidential
* Technically savvy – Outlook, Microsoft Office, SharePoint, LIVEHIRE
Accounts Receivable Officer GK/
* Permanent, part-time, Cairns
* Accounts receivable processing, data entry, and weekly reporting to CFO
* Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 1:00pm with some flexibility
* Office administration experience required
* Supportive and friendly accounts tea
* Salary $32 - $35
Payroll Officer GK/
* Permanent, Part-Time – Cairns
* Processing payroll for 200+ employees
* 3 days per week, flexible days with a great work life balance
* Ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
* Maintaining payroll records and responding to payroll enquiries
* Payroll experience required
* Salary - $35 - $40 per hour
Finance Officer TD/
* Temporary, full-time, ongoing, Cairns
* Manage AP/AR and General Ledger functions within a small finance team
* Prepare reconciliations, expense reports, and general financial administration tasks
* Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping required; Diploma desirable
* High attention to detail and strong Excel skills essential
Project Finance Officer TD/
* Temporary, full-time, ongoing, Cairns
* Process Accounts Payable, maintain General Ledger entries and reconciliations
* Manage banking, expenses, payments, reporting and supplier accounts
* Provide general financial administration support to the team
* Must-have: experience across AP, AR, and General Ledger, Certificate IV in Accounting & Bookkeeping
* Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
