Content Creator – Part-Time / Casual
Location: Flexible (Work from Home, office or on-site)
Hours: Approx. 5–10 hours per week
About Us
Novella Support is an NDIS provider that believes in connection, community, and celebrating individual ability. We support people with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and joy. We're looking for a creative, motivated Content Creator to help us share our story and grow our presence across social media platforms.
The Role
This is a flexible, part-time role for someone who loves creating engaging, people-focused content. You'll help us design, write, and schedule posts that highlight the work we do, share helpful tips with families, and showcase our values.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and schedule content across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
* Create Canva templates, graphics, short videos, and reels.
* Write engaging, friendly captions that reflect Novella Support's tone.
* Assist with growing brand awareness and attracting both new participants and staff.
* Stay across trending content styles (especially in disability and community services).
* Collaborate with the team to capture stories, testimonials, and updates (with consent).
About You
* Creative and confident using Canva, social media scheduling apps (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).
* Strong writing and communication skills.
* Able to create content that is professional, warm, and inclusive.
* Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
* Previous experience in disability, NDIS, or community services (desirable but not essential).
* Photography/videography skills (bonus but not required).
