International Freight Coordinator

What you'll do:
* Coordinate international freight movements and liaise with freight forwarders.
* Ensure shipping documents meet customs and Trusted Trader requirements.
* Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (QAD or similar).
* Verify invoices and assist with purchase order receipting.
* Work closely with a supportive team to meet deadlines and deliver results.

* Strong administration skills with exceptional attention to detail.
* Previous experience in international freight or logistics coordination.
* Familiarity with ERP systems (QAD or similar).
* Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
