What You'll Be Doing
Precision Machining: Produce critical components to exact tolerances, every time.
Reading the Detail: Interpret engineering drawings with ease and purpose.
Lifting Others: Mentor apprentices, lead by example, and raise the standard.
Own Your Work: Inspect your output like your name is stamped on it (because your reputation is).
Respect the Gear: Maintain your machines and tools like the professional you are.
Team Execution: Work closely with production to hit deadlines without compromising quality.
A qualified tradesperson with deep CNC experience - lathes and mills.
Strong exposure to Okuma and multi-axis (4 & 5 axis) operations.
Someone who's serious about continuous improvement and automation.
A pro who plays for the team - collaborative, respectful, reliable.
