Expressions of interest for casual opportunities at ABC Audio Radio Operations
ABC Audio Radio Operational teams provide operational support to a wide range of live and pre-recorded radio and audio programs.
We're after expressions of interest from audio professionals across Australia to be on an availability register should casual work become available. You must be able to work out of an ABC Capital City based office. It is not a contract position or an ongoing role. Applicants should be used to working in an operational role in busy media environments with a focus on technical quality and a positive team culture. Note this is a technical operational role rather than an editorial, production or presentation role.
Audio Radio Operations is seeking expressions of interest from people seeking to be considered for casual audio operations work in a radio broadcast environment if availability occurs. We'd love to hear from you if you have:
* live radio studio operational & panel operating experience in busy broadcast or news environments
* experience in setting up and proving operational support for radio outside broadcasts
* experience using radio production software and knowledge of in-studio technical support
* audio program editing, mixing and technical production skills
