The Role:
Lead transformative marketing strategies for our Orthopaedic Instruments product group (power tools). In this role, you'll influence product launches, customer engagement, and market growth—making a real impact on improving patient outcomes worldwide.
What You Will Do
* Define and execute product, program, and portfolio strategies to achieve business objectives.
* Develop and maintain industry networks to monitor competitor activity and market trends.
* Author and align key strategic documents, including annual marketing plans and product launch plans.
* Anticipate emerging customer segments and tailor marketing strategies to meet evolving needs.
* Initiate and lead new product and service offerings based on customer insights and market analysis.
* Manage marketing budgets, analyze variances, and deliver accurate financial reporting.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and outcomes.
* Build relationships with industry thought leaders and translate insights into actionable business strategies.
What You Will Need
Required Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
* Minimum 10 years of professional experience in marketing, strategy, or related roles.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
* Minimum 7 years of experience in medical device or healthcare marketing.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
