About the role Join the dynamic team at Novella on the Park as an Events Coordinator. In this full-time role, you'll be responsible for planning and executing events at our stunning parklands venue in Abbotsbury, NSW. With your exceptional organisational skills and creative flair, you'll be an integral part of delivering unforgettable experiences for our corporate, social and community clients. What you'll be doing Liaise with clients to understand their event requirements and develop creative, tailored event proposals Coordinate all logistical aspects of events, including sourcing vendors, managing budgets, and ensuring seamless event delivery Collaborate with the catering, AV, and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional service and exceed client expectations Provide on-site event management and be the main point of contact for clients Monitor event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve our event offering Assist with marketing and promotional activities to drive event bookings What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' experience in event coordination or management, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients and stakeholders Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail Experience in event planning, including budgeting, vendor management, and on-site coordination Creativity and a flair for designing memorable event experiences Proficient in using event management software and Microsoft Office applications Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines A sound understanding of cultural customs and traditions What we offer At Novella on the Park, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and rewarding work environment.
