Duties will include, but are not limited to; 
- assisting in the day to day running of the restaurant, and supervise our strong, customer service focused services. 
- Supervise and direct junior staff, and always lead by example 
- Balance tills (ImPOS) 
- Take reservations (Now Book It) 
- Assisting in monthly stocktake
**Salary**: $55,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
