The Support Relationship Manager is responsible for the acquisition and retention of business in the NDIS sector.

The main functions of this role will be to create new opportunities to develop long lasting relationships with business partners, participants, and their families across Sydney.

This role is more than just sales, they believe that building relationships is the key to their success, when you care about the people you are dealing with everything else just falls in to place.

**The Roles Responsibilities**:

- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives, following up all opportunities through the relationship building process.
- Developing key relationships with clients and driving business growth.
- Following through with all compliance and processes.
- Nurturing the onboarding of new participants to ensure an easy intake is followed.
- Be active within the community to build a strong nurturing brand that shows the community who we are and what our true values are in business.
- Consulting with cold and warm opportunities to provide advice and solutions to participants and help them understand the process.
- Maintain existing relationships with participants and their families to ensure that we meet and exceed our support service level.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relationship building role.
- Demonstrating your knowledge and understand of the NDIS services including SIL, Supported Living, and Community Services.
- Business, sales, or marketing management experience is highly desirable.
- Commitment to the values, vision, and mission of the organisation including leadership and implementation.
- Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written
- Outstanding planning and organising skills demonstrating initiative when working without direct supervision

The opportunity will start as Part Time, however as we progress the opportunity of moving to Full Time is possible. There is a massive career development opportunities with this role, for someone who really wants it.

**Salary**: From $40,000.00 per year

- Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Australia (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 25% (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011
