We’re on the lookout for a National Account Manager- Independents who’s ready to take an iconic South Australian brand beyond state borders. As part of our Sales team, you’ll champion the brand’s story, flavour, and commercial impact with independent retailers across Australia, building genuine partnerships, unlocking growth, and proudly putting a local legend on the national map.

* You’ll be the growth engine for Independents and MSOs, driving national scale by securing range, distribution, promo and innovation agreements that deliver real commercial impact.
* You’ll own the numbers, and make them work hard, managing Independents and MSO trade budgets, forecasting sales in collaboration with the National Field Sales Manager, and ensuring every dollar of spend is purposeful, controlled, and delivers ROI.
* You’ll turn strategy into standout execution, developing compelling promotional programs, locking in offlocation activity and instore activations, and aligning field execution to MSO agreements so plans land perfectly at shelf.
* You’ll build smart, strategic partnerships, leading Joint Business Planning with MSOs, managing relationships with care, and identifying new business opportunities nationally where scale and efficiency make sense.
* You’ll be the connector across teams, coordinating closely with Field Sales and National Account Coordinators to ensure seamless communication, flawless compliance, and consistent followup.
* You’ll keep us laserfocused and futureready, delivering accurate reporting, tracking compliance, and ensuring innovation, distribution and incremental revenue targets are not just met, but exceeded.

Now, for your own ingredients list. You’ll be the right person for this role if you:

* A seasoned FMCG pro, with 5+ years’ experience in sales or account management and a proven track record managing national, multisite or MSO relationships.
* Commercially fluent and financially savvy, comfortable owning customer budgets, trade spend, forecasting and accruals, and knowing exactly what drives P&L and ROI.
* A Joint Business Planning natural, experienced in building, executing and landing JBPs that unlock sustainable growth, distribution gains and innovation wins.
* A promotions powerhouse, with strong endtoend experience in promo planning, sellin, execution and postevent evaluation, because great ideas deserve great outcomes.
* A datasmart decision maker, able to interpret sales performance, profitability and metrics with confidence, and turn insight into action.
* An influential collaborator, skilled at working crossfunctionally with Field Sales, Category, Supply Chain, Finance and Marketing to bring national agreements to life in store.
* Disciplined, organised and proactive, bringing rigor to budgets, forecasts and variance analysis, while staying flexible, solutionsfocused and commercially curious.
* Love, love, love all things food, flavour and South Australian, Beerenbergy goodness.
