We are looking for an experienced, confident and customer-focused Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our busy office.
This is more than just answering phones, you’ll be at the heart of our first impressions, ensuring clients, customers and contractors feel valued from the moment they walk in.
While there are plenty of opportunities to grow and progress within our business, we’re looking for someone who’s happy to truly own the reception role for at least the first 12 months, building strong relationships and understanding our business from the front desk up.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Welcoming and assisting customers, clients, and tradespeople in the office.
* Answering and directing incoming calls with warmth and professionalism.
* Coordinating property management and sales keys for tradespeople and ensuring prompt return.
* Managing general enquiries and booking prospective tenants for inspections.
* Keeping the reception area and kitchen tidy and presentable.
* Handling daily mail and banking.
* Providing ad hoc support to the Property Management & Sales team as needed.
We’re looking for someone who has:
* Ideally, some experience in real estate (property management or sales admin).
* Exceptional customer service and phone manner.
* Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation.
* Strong organisation, time management, and multitasking skills.
* The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* A team-player mindset, willing to pitch in where needed.
* Bonus points for a current Real Estate Registration Certificate.
