We are looking to fill a part time or full time Property Manager Assistant position for a maternity leave Contract. You must be reliable and experienced in residential property management.
Your role will be to support our team of Property Manager's in their daily tasks.
• Must have experience in residential property management
• Have a QLD Registration Certificate OR Certificate IV in Real Estate Practices, PRIOR to be legally allowed to work in the industry.
• Be supportive, diligent, proactive, and part of a busy team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a polished presentation
• Be extremely organised, have a strong initiative and prioritise to meet multiple deadlines
• Current driver's license (car provided)
