Job Title

Administration and Support Services Officer.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Administration and Support Services Officer to join our team. As a key member of the Facilities and Maintenance Services team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to operational activities.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will also have demonstrated experience working in a small team environment and possessing high-level interpersonal oral and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

* Providing administrative support to the Facilities and Maintenance Services team, including purchasing and accounts management, electronic record keeping, and point-of-contact services.
* Supporting operational activities through the provision of administrative functions.
* Working collaboratively with the team to achieve common goals and objectives.

Requirements:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Demonstrated experience working in a small team environment.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
