As a valued Lifestyle Carer at our Piper House in Dapto NSW, you will design and deliver engaging lifestyle programs that promote social interaction, emotional wellbeing, and a sense of purpose for our residents. The successful candidate must hold a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or a Bachelors or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services.
With kindness and creativity, you will:
Facilitate group and individual activities tailored to residents' interests and abilities
Support residents in maintaining independence and dignity through meaningful engagement
Collaborate with care teams to integrate lifestyle support into holistic care plans
Encourage participation and build strong relationships with residents and families

To thrive in this role, you will need:
Certificate IV in Leisure and Health, or a Bachelors or Diploma in Health Science or Community Services
Experience in planning and delivering lifestyle or recreational activities
Current First Aid and CPR certification
Valid NSW Driver's Licence (preferred)
NDIS Worker Screening Check (required)
