We also provide advice on corporate and commercial matters, procurement, governance, and corporate operations.
About This Role
This role supports our Legal Advice Team in providing client-focused legal services to our clients. The successful candidate will work under supervision to develop expert legal advice while effectively managing risk. They will also be responsible for managing their workload in accordance with APS Values & Code of Conduct, Legal Services Directions 2017, internal procedures.
The ideal candidate should have:
• Admission as a lawyer from the High Court or an Australian State/Territory Supreme Court;
• A current practicing certificate or ability to obtain one within three months; (if not already holding one)
