Customer Insights Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for leveraging data insights to drive business decisions and customer engagement. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to deliver actionable analytics and develop customer-centric data models.
Key Responsibilities:
* Track key customer metrics and review business performance.
* Develop analytical frameworks to uncover customer-centric insights driving engagement.
* Uncover deep customer insights to drive Customer Engagement, Customer Lifetime Value, and Main Banking relationship.
* Present analytical findings to senior business stakeholders to inform decision-making.
* Partner with stakeholders across Personal Banking to deliver actionable insights.
* Manage analytics and reporting according to requirements and agreed SLAs.
* Leverage data insights to anticipate future requirements and support decision-making.
* Build customer-centric data models for Customer Engagement, Customer Lifetime Value, and Main Banking Relationship.
* Design measurement and metrics to analyse main bank initiatives' business impact.
Qualifications:
* Demonstrated experience in a similar Customer Analytics & Insights specialist role, preferably in Financial Services.
* Proven ability to analyse data and present it effectively.
* Experience communicating with and influencing Executives and key stakeholders.
* Proven analytical skills and evidence-based decision making.
* Be proactive in driving initiatives to meet/exceed customer and business needs.
* Expert problem-solving with strong commercial acumen.
* Ability to manage stakeholders and build collaborative partnerships.
