The business employs over 5000 people globally and over 400 people across Australia and New Zealand and is led by a team of passionate and committed professionals. About your new Job
Reporting to the Head of IT, the IT Business Partner will connect Leaders across multiple business verticals throughout Australia and the region and plays an important part of a transformation program that will revolutionise this business.
Some of the core tasks aligned to this role will include:
•Preparation of the IT business plan for ANZ that outlines: (Business requirement gathering (functional & non-functional) / Resource allocation / Financial management ensuring that this is in line with the global IT strategy.
•Take ownership of a portfolio of IT vendors including proactive business engagements to ensure 'best in class' service delivery.
•Review internal processes to ensure optimal efficiencies and future proofing.
•Champion change management throughout the business that will support smooth transition into new platforms, End user adoption and benefit realisation.
•Assist the global delivery team on the delivery of the IT project pipeline across the ANZ region.
About You
•Will hold a relevant IT qualification with PMBOK, ITIL or PMP being highly regarded.
•You have a background in IT leadership positions and are proven at working with senior leadership teams
•Can demonstrate a sound understanding of technical IT concepts and market knowledge the latest enterprise level technologies
•Are proven at identifying business requirements to allow you to best prescribe a technology driven solution.
•You have utilised your financial & commercial acumen to build detailed strategic plans for an IT function
•You bring extensive experience managing a portfolio of IT vendors which includes selecting software, hardware and services to implement.
•Have worked as part of IT Transformation programs and have assisted in the delivery of IT projects (SAP exposure is ideal).
•The ideal candidate will have experience working within a large, global and / or matrix organisation.
