Ideal Evening Role for an Experienced Radiology Receptionist
CareWell Diagnostix is seeking an experienced Radiology Receptionist to join our team for evening shifts, working approximately 5:00/6:00pm to 9:00pm.
This role is best suited to someone who already has experience working in radiology or diagnostic imaging, and is confident managing bookings, referrals, and patient flow in a medical imaging environment.

Your Role
You will be responsible for evening reception operations, including:
* Patient check-ins and confirmations
* Managing radiology bookings and enquiries
* Processing referrals and Medicare details
* Liaising with sonographers and radiologists
* Ensuring smooth clinic flow and excellent patient experience
Evening shifts are structured and predictable, not high-pressure.

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in radiology or diagnostic imaging reception (essential)
Strong understanding of referrals, Medicare, and imaging bookings
Confident communication and patient-focused approach
High attention to detail and organisation
Reliable and punctual for evening shifts
