* Expected salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year
New Butcher opening in Mareeba.
We are excited to open a new Gourmet Butcher in the heart of Mareeba.
An opportunity has presented for a full time retail butcher to join our team.
The right person will be:
• An experienced butcher that excels at processing traditional cuts and customer service.
• Passionate about their trade, creative and willing to share ideas.
• Understanding of the need to maintain high standards of personal presentation and hygiene.
• Experience working with carcass stock and value add products.
• Committed to food safety, shop cleanliness, modern QA and workplace safety practices.
• Willing to jump-in and do anything necessary to achieve team objectives.
• A person who loves food and talking to customers on the best cuts and cooking methods.
