About the Role
We are seeking a Senior ERP Business Analyst to support a major enterprise ERP uplift program, modernising finance, procurement and travel management functions onto a secure, cloud-based ERP platform.
This role will play a critical part in shaping future-state business processes, driving “adopt not adapt” ERP principles, and ensuring business requirements are translated into scalable, standards-aligned ERP solutions.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders, solution architects, developers and testing teams across the full delivery lifecycle — from discovery through to UAT and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
* Elicit, analyse and document business and functional requirements across finance, procurement and travel domains
* Define future-state business processes, information flows and business rules aligned to ERP best practice
* Produce high-quality functional specifications, data requirements and process models
* Support solution design workshops and validate ERP configurations against business needs
* Work closely with delivery, integration and testing teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues
* Support UAT, data validation, business readiness and go-live transition activities
* Assist with change impact assessment, training inputs and operational handover
Skills & Experience
Essential (Senior / EL1 equivalent):
* Strong experience as a Senior ERP Business Analyst in complex enterprise environments
* Proven capability across:
o Business Situation Analysis (BUSA)
o Requirements Definition & Management (REQM)
o Business Process Improvement (BPRE)
o Stakeholder Relationship Management (RLMT)
o Business Modelling (BSMO)
* Deep understanding of finance and procurement processes
* Experience working with ERP platforms (e.g. SAP ECC / S/4HANA or similar)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills
Desirable:
* Experience with enterprise reporting, BI or analytics platforms
* Exposure to budgeting, forecasting or performance management processes
* Experience working with data models and financial reporting structures
Working Arrangement
* ACT-based hybrid role
* 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
* Up to 40 hours per week
Security Requirement
* Must hold or be able to obtain Baseline security clearance
