Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for an on-site or hybrid position in Albury, NSW. This role involves managing customer inquiries, solving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities include handling calls and emails, resolving concerns promptly, providing support and guidance to customers, and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and data. The role also requires collaborating with team members to enhance service processes and overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
* Ability to enhance Customer Experience through effective communication and problem-solving
* Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills
