Job Title: Sales Development Representative
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our day tours to guests who book locally.
You will collaborate closely with our Agent partners across Cairns, Northern Beaches, and Port Douglas, focusing on building partnerships and providing sales product training.
The position offers flexible working hours, approximately 25 hours per week, allowing you to easily balance work with personal responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Execute sales strategies for our day tour products
* Manage and grow key accounts and agent relationships
* Negotiate and maintain strong commercial partnerships, pursuing leads and opportunities
* Support marketing and promotional activities
Requirements:
* Proven results-driven sales experience, ideally within the tourism industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
* Analytical abilities for data interpretation and planning
