Job Title: Operations Manager - Supply Chain Expert

This is a key role for a highly motivated and results-driven individual with excellent customer service and communication skills.


Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the warehouse, dispatching and receiving orders, coaching staff and liaising with customers to provide exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:

* Manage warehouse operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
* Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Coach and develop staff to achieve high performance standards
* Liaise with customers to resolve any issues or concerns


Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
* Experience in supply chain management and logistics
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
